Notice To Individual AML Account Holder

1. The Account that you subscribed for & Amicus created is solely for your personal checking & AML verification.

2. Amicus will not cap the number of AML check carried out by you.

3. However, we would like to draw to your attention the following restrictions:

a. Should we detect the misuse of the AML Apps, whether on behalf of Third parties/ or any other person (other than yourself); we reserve the right to immediately stop the account.

b. Please bear in mind that CDSA/CEA Guidelines require all AML check to be carried out prior to transactions, and done personally by the Agent involved. Not by another agent. Similarly, we deny all responsibility to Third party user. Especially in the event of an investigation. Thereupon, we give prior notice herewith that we have no choice but to release our digital record accordingly.
